Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be governed by the applicable written project terms. Third-party software, libraries or services may remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Any project-specific limitations or warranties will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
