HLCD LTD provides professional software development services. Project scope, pricing, payment stages and delivery arrangements are agreed with the client before work begins.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project or service, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below. Cancellation rights and any charges will depend on the work already undertaken and the applicable project terms.

Refunds before work starts

Where payment has been made but paid work has not commenced, a refund may be available subject to any agreed non-refundable charges, third-party costs or project-specific terms.

Refunds after work has started

Where work has already commenced, any refund will take account of work completed, time incurred, committed costs and any agreed milestones or non-refundable amounts.

Incorrect or duplicate payments

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us promptly so the payment can be investigated.

Disputes
